This prestigious recognition isn't just for me; it's for every woman on the continent in general and Sierra Leone in particular,  who dares to dream big, defy expectations, and paved the way for a brighter future. As we celebrate all the phenomenal top 100 women, let's also remember the countless number of women, who are making a difference in their communities, big and small.
