President Julius Maada Bio launched a medium-term national development plan

30th January, 2024. His Excellency President Dr. Julius Maada Bio, accompanied by the First Lady Dr. Fatima Maada Bio, has Launched the Medium Term National Development Plan for 2024 to 2030, at the Freetown International Conference Centre. Theme: A Transformative and Acceleration Angenda for Food Security, Human Capital Development, and Job Creation. President Bio’s medium-term national development plan includes five key initiatives, known as the “Big Five Game Changers.” These initiatives are designed to drive economic growth and improve the well-being of the people of Sierra Leone.

Minister of Information and Civic Education Chernor Bah visits his people in Jimmi Bagbo and makes Zakaat to the Muslim Jamaat and the wider community 31st March 2024 Minister of Information and Civic Education Chernor Abdulai Bah has visited his people in Jimmi Bagbo. During his visit, he met and spent time with various community leaders, inspected ongoing and potential projects, and distributed rice and assorted items to his people, especially the Muslim Jamaat. He also joined the Chiefdom Imam and the other elders for prayers and Iftar at the Central Mosque in Bagbo Chiefdom, Bo District.
