Staff Sgt Alhaji Koroma pleaded guilty to 9 counts of offences

 

On Wednesday 10th January 2024 at the court-martial trial, 1st accused, Staff Sgt Alhaji Koroma pleaded guilty to 9 counts including mutiny, failure to suppress mutiny, aiding the enemy, communicating with the enemy and others. He pleaded Not Guilty to 11 other charges. Sgt Koroma was Officer in Charge at the Forward Patrol Base, Fodia Kambia and is charged for his alleged role in the November 26th, 2023 failed coup.
