Over two decades, Sierra Leone is fortunate to have these First Ladies of the Republic, three of whom have initiated projects to boost their husband's vision. Below are some projects initiated by the aforementioned. 1. Patricia Kabba - initiated the Sababu Education. 2. Sia Nyama Koroma - initiated the free health care. 3. Fatima Maada Bio - Hands of our Girls.
