The outgoing south Korean embassador visit the mayor of Freetown

Today I received the outgoing South Korean Ambassador H.E. Kim Young Chae on his final official visit to Freetown. We reflected on highlights of our positive collaboration over the past years including hosting the weeklong programme of cultural activities commemorating 60 years of diplomatic ties between Sierra Leone and South Korea in November 2022 at the New City Hall. Opened in 2020, the New City Hall is itself a lasting legacy of those ties! Also present at the meeting were Honory Consul Mahesh Nandwani and colleague Rajesh Hemnani, Deputy Mayor Kweku Lisk, Chief Administrator Raman Tom Farmar, Foreign Committe Chair Cllr Zainab Conteh and Marian Conteh of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We wish Ambassador Kim all the very best as he ends his term as our Ambassador! #FurtherTogether
